My Five Favorite Hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada

The glamorous and exciting culture of Las Vegas is very appealing and attracts millions of tourists every year. Some tourists get lost in the rush of ritzy casinos, big name celebrity appearances, and glamorous nightlife. Even though Las Vegas has adopted the nickname "sin city", many Las Vegas hotels are known for their classy and elegant style that accomodate a lot of different needs. The following hotels will truly add to a stimulating, enriching, and unforgettable Las Vegas adventure.

The first hotel I will talk about is the Bellagio. This stunning thirty-six story palace is known for the Fountain of Bellagio out front. The sprouting waters have put on quite an entertaining show over the years and has brought fame to this luxurious hotel. The penthouse suites and executive suites have become favorites because of their extravagant atmosphere. A walk through a Bellagio penthouse suite is a wondeful sight-seeing extravaganza of marble floors, beautiful Bellagio art, and inviting 2,000 square foot space. It even comes with an LCD Tv, separate baths, and a whirlpool tub. Business professionals may choose to stay in the executive suite, which includes a conference room equipped with a 60 inch LCD Tv.

The next hotel on my list is the Venetian Resort, which is known for its consistent 4 star rating. Guests can stay in one of their 650 sqare foot rooms for a modest price. There is a two night minimum stay requirement, which doesn't seem to bother even the most frugal vacationer. The warm and inviting atmosphere of these luxurious suites will not make anyone homesick. These rooms offer a lot of extras, including a 32 inch Tv, chamber bed, and a spacious bathroom equipped with a Roman tub. I almost forgot to mention the wax museum that exhibits some of Hollywood's most famous celebrities and Las Vegas regulars.

Coming in third is the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino. My philosophy is that if you're going to stay at a hotel like this, then live it up in style. Diamond and monaco suites are a little more expensive but classier than the standard deluxe rooms. Diamond suites are situated on the top floors and offer a wonderful view of Las Vegas. The Monaco suites staff will delight each guest with their dedication to providing superior hospitality service.

Another hotel definitely worth mentioning is the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. This hotel is a little more modest and not as flamboyant as other well-known Las Vegas retreats. These comfortable and affordable rooms feature a conversation room, which is ideal for those late night meaningful talks. The design of the suites are very modern in nature. Some of the bonuses of these suites are two flat screen Tvs, and one of the two is built into the bathroom mirror! Guests will enjoy the close proximity to downtown Las Vegas, as it is located within walking distance of the strip.

Last but not least is the Excalibur. Guests will have a choice between standard rooms, widescreen rooms, or guest suites. Themed castle and tower rooms are also offered in the standard room package. Widescreen rooms sport a widescreen Tv, while guest suites contain a spa. Parlor suites are more luxurious and offer a dining area, refrigerator and beautiful marble bath area.

Although these hotels will undoubtedly offer a classy and luxurious stay in Las Vegas, doing additional research to find out which hotel will fit your individual needs is always recommended. Whatever the purpose, staying in any of these Las Vegas hotels will definitely be an eye-popping and surreal experience that stimulate the senses.
